G&W provides business intelligence tools to better manage businesses. GW Synergistic Management
Suite™ (GW SMS) is a business intelligence tool with a Project Management foundation. The application
is provided as a service (Software as a Service). Per the extent of the contract, G&W will provide the
software from our headquarters or will be installed at customer’s site. Note that there would need to be
access to the system in order to provide maintenance, ongoing operating patches, etc.
G&W currently has a DIR contract as part of DIR’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts program
Product and Service Specifications: G&W Synergistic Management Suite™, (GW SMS) is a business intelligence tool with
Project Management foundation.
The software will be provided as a service, meaning that the customer will pay for access to the application. Please review home tab for details on
modules provided, as well as flyer.
Pricing: SMS price is $29.04 dollars per user per month, which is a 28.50% savings from our MSRP.

Warranty and Return Policies: GW Synergistic Management Suite& is provided as an SaaS with access to the application via our web or from the customer's site, the service will be provided “as is” and as such there is no express warranties. In addition no return are accepted, just cancelation of service will be necessary. Please review our End User License Agreement for more details.
